Reginald is Director of Partnerships at Grow Asia, a multi-stakeholder partnership platform that catalyzes action on inclusive agricultural development in South-East Asia. The platform convenes governments, farmers, NGOs, and other stakeholders to co-create value chain projects and transform their commodity sectors to improve smallholder farmers? productivity, incomes and environmental sustainability. Grow Asia was established by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat.
 
Reginald is responsible for supporting and strengthening Grow Asia?s five Country Partnerships, identifying and bringing together partners, and facilitating them as they collaborate. In doing so, the Country Partnerships and their Working Groups become platforms that increasingly converge development efforts focused on smallholders, deliver results at scale, and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. 
  
Reginald is passionate about working at the intersection of development and finance. He has more than a decade of experience in investment banking and financial markets and has been involved in more than 40 debt capital market transactions across currencies, geographies, sectors and issuers. Reginald began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch?s Asia Leveraged Finance and was most recently at BNP Paribas? Debt Capital Markets where he was responsible for DCM origination and execution efforts in South and Southeast Asia. He has significant experience across high grade, high yield, private placements, acquisition/bridge financing, private financing and loan products.

Reginald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore Business School and is a CFA charterholder. He also holds a Master of Tri-Sector Collaboration from the Singapore Management University.
