Reuben is the market representative for Singapore within the Southeast Asia Markets team at AVPN. With over 14 years of experience spanning social and corporate sectors, he has worked regionally to mobilise resources for social impact. At Philanthropy Asia Alliance, he managed a grant portfolio spanning climate, health & education for APAC, collaborating with members, partners and the broader philanthropic ecosystem to drive awareness and funding toward programmes. At Empact, he led programme management, building partnerships with government agencies and corporate skills-based volunteers to deliver capacity-building to nonprofits and social enterprises. His move to the social impact sector was inspired by a pro bono engagement with a grassroots community healthcare nonprofit, building on his background in global marketing and project management at Unilever and L'Oréal. Reuben holds a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an MBA from Columbia Business School. A Southeast Asia Acumen Fellow and avid reader of social sciences, he draws inspiration from writers including Naomi Klein and Peter Singer.
