About

Serving as IJM Executive Director for Singapore and Southeast Asia, Rae has over two decades of experience at the intersection of social services, philanthropy, business development and communications. 

Prior to joining IJM, Rae served at the National Council of Social Service in Singapore. With her experience in the social service sector spanning fundraising, service development, grant management and strategic planning, Rae brings heart and purpose in catalysing value-adding partnerships for meaningful social impact. 

She is passionate about people, building solutions that uplift vulnerable communities, and enabling high-impact and trusted collaboration in fostering justice, love for people and wellness.
