About

Saida leads D-Lab's strategy for social entrepreneurship and inclusive business, and from 2017-2018 co-lead MIT D-Lab's Innovation Practice group. She holds a biochemical engineering degree and an MBA and prior to D-Lab gained 10 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing and sustainability for the food industry, including programs linking small-scale farmers to international markets. Fluent in French, Spanish, English and Arabic, she is a passionate advocate of organic agriculture and the busy mom of two young children.
