Sam is a dynamic and Innovative non-profit leader with extensive experience working with a wide range of community and international organizations. Sam started her journey with grassroots women’s movements in north India, where she developed a profound understanding of structural barriers to women’s social, economic and political participation. Over her two-decade career in diverse cultural contexts, Sam has worked across sectors such as Microfinance, Education, and Humanitarian action. She has worked both on the frontlines and in resource mobilisation, building transformative, long-term partnerships that tackle some of the biggest challenges to ensuring justice, equality and dignity for people and planet. Currently, Sam is the Head of Philanthropy at MSI Reproductive Choices, where she manages relationships with key high-value private donors and foundations in the United Kingdom and Europe. She possesses strong knowledge of and networks in the UK and European philanthropy and investment space. Sam is passionate about social impact, gender equality, and human rights.
