Sanjana has been working in the humanitarian space for the past six years. She was a Consultant to the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) for the Enable Makeathon initiative where she mentored social entrepreneurs building breakthrough products for the Disability and Assistive Devices space. Prior to this, she worked with AIFO (a European Grant making agency) managing grants for partners across India, Dream a Dream (a Bangalore-based Education non profit) where she managed fund-raising and the EBRD in areas relating to public procurement legislation. She is also a founder of two animal welfare initiatives ? The Water Bowl Project, Bangalore and Bangalore Cat Squad ? engaging over 500 citizen volunteers.

A State badminton player for Maharashtra in her younger days, Sanjana completed her Master of Public Policy as a Lee Kuan Yew scholar from the LKY School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper.

Outside of work, Sanjana is a mom, startup wife, avid gardener and an author whose first book was published by the Children?s Book Trust of India in two languages.
