Satya Prakash has an overall experience of more than three and half decades in the finance, accounts, administration, logistics, HR, IT, and governance stream, out of which more than 22 years with the development sector. He has wide experience of working with different sectors, including government undertaking, corporate, and development sector. Satya is a qualified accountant having familiarity with the project cycle management approach that follows project design in consultation with the stakeholders, logical framework analysis, detailed implementation plan, annual plan, baseline, midterm & end-term evaluation, as well as a robust MIS and M & E system for impact assessment. He has participated in undertaking risk analysis, cost-benefit analysis and has good exposure to internal control systems and processes and overall compliance. Having worked very closely in relief and rehabilitation projects, he has good exposure to administrative, procurement, and logistical aspects. He is a people's person and understands the nuances of overall human resource planning and management. Satya loves travelling and in his free time likes to spend time with family and friends.
