Satyam is a social entrepreneur working in the fields of education and human capital (potential of individuals) in India. Satyam believes investing in human capital, is imperative for a country like India to move millions out of poverty, and improve their quality of life. Satyam started Arthan to address the talent gap in the impact sector and prepare underprivileged children for the future of work. He has spent a decade in education, skill development and social entrepreneurship in India. In the past, Satyam has worked with leading education non-profits in India like Pratham.

Satyam is a THNK fellow, holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and executive degrees in social entrepreneurship and leading successful social programs from Stanford Business School and Harvard Kennedy School.
