Shachi Kaul heads Learning & Organization Development for RBL Bank. She has an overall experience of 20 years which includes a decade with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and a decade with HSBC and Deutsche Bank in India and Asia-Pacific. She has held a variety of portfolios in these organizations including learning, performance management, leadership development, recruitment, and guest & revenue management. Shachi is a gold medalist from the General Management programme of the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD) and was instrumental in starting their STEP programme in 2005. She was recognized by HSBC for the best training intervention in Asia Pacific. Her programme ?Mentoring Matters? at Deutsche Bank was awarded the best mentoring program. She is also a Commonwealth Short Story Award winner. 
Since joining RBL Bank, she has had the privilege of working in the developmental sector. She assists the Head CSR in management of RBL Bank's projects.
