Shana has a deep appreciation for organisations who seek to improve the quality of peoples’ lives, especially having been on the receiving end herself. Working alongside individuals who have a deep passion for the SE sector inspires her to do more to give back through her work.

Shana’s experience in implementing systems and streamlining work processes, organising and managing international visits and coordinating organisational structures in her previous work at a statutory board developed her people and time management skills and her ability to understand larger organisation objectives.
