As a Human Capital Committee and Ethics member of YCAB Foundation, Shasha is both active in her psychology practice as HR consultant and committed to the profession. She discovered YCAB back in 2007 where she join youth training program that held by one of YCAB?s business unit called Pelangi. 

She received her M.A., Psychology Industry and Organization from Atma Jaya Catholic University. To aid her expertise, she underwent professional trainings and certification in the United States of America in areas of training and development programs as master trainer and professional consultant.

In 2010, she co-founded FLIP, a Strategic Learning Partner & HR Consultant, which provides strategic solution such as consulting, training and module development to organization.

Prior to joining YCAB, Shasha practiced psychology as a lecturer in Atma Jaya University of Indonesia and taught subject of training and organizational development. She also gave trainings to well-established companies all throughout Indonesia and Phillippines.
