As a business innovation catalyst, Shubho Broto helps startups in raising their first round of investment/funding by essentially defining and refining 3 elements: Sustainability, Impact and Scale. His unique approach of structured coaching with the elements of lean business model, design thinking and GSBI boost program (certified trainer), has helped several entrepreneurs in refining their business model and efficiently implementing the proof of concept by testing hypothesis. He also provides technical assistance for business innovations in low-income markets of developing countries. He works with social enterprises, corporate organisations, multi / bilateral agencies and government institutions on innovation projects. His core focus is to discover, startup, finance and scale social business innovations.

Prior to Ennovent, Shubho co-founded goTotallySocial.com & The Little Food Company where he currently serves as a Board of Advisor. He has also worked with Essex Lake Group and McKinsey & Co.
