About

Sikai is a Project Lead with Tri-Sector Associates in Singapore, with an interest in in promoting Pay for Success (PFS) mechanisms to improve governance in the social sector throughout Asia. He is currently supporting engagements in Hong Kong and Singapore in the space of early childhood education, social justice, and workforce development.

He previously served as a Senior Consultant in the Singapore office of Dalberg Advisors, where he focused on development issues such as energy access, education, healthcare, and food security across Asia, and provided strategic advice to organizations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GE Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Tata Sustainability Group, and the USAID.
