Smiley Nadar is an ImpactCollab Associate at AVPN, where she supports her team in project coordination, grant tracking, and risk assessment. She occasionally supports the AVPN Finance team as needed. Known for her enthusiasm and willingness to learn, she contributes to various work streams with a keen eye for detail.

Prior to joining AVPN as an ImpactCollab intern, Smiley worked in a Founder's Office role at a consultancy, gaining exposure to fast-paced operations. She holds a Masters in Sociology from Christ University, where she developed an interest in social impact and community engagement.

Smiley enjoys applying interdisciplinary approaches to problem-solving and has been involved in community initiatives from a young age.
