SARAH CERRETA is the APAC regional manager for Google.org, where she oversees charitable efforts in support of tech innovators driving social impact at scale. Cerreta joined Google in 2005 as an HR Business Partner and went on to become a founding member of the Googler engagement team, the arm of Google.org dedicated to helping Googlers volunteer and give around the globe. On that team, she led a broad range of employee giving initiatives, including the development of Google?s gift matching program in which the company has matched $21 million in employee donations to over 9,000 organizations around the world. Prior to joining Google, Cerreta worked with the Real Medicine Foundation to implement health education programs for children in low income areas of Los Angeles, and in Washington DC as a faculty advisor for the Congressional Youth Leadership Council. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Bachelor of Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond. She serves on the board of LA?s Best, a nonprofit that provides education enrichment to low income students in Los Angeles. She recently relocated to Singapore with her husband and son.
