About

Sokhuy Lay is the deputy team leader and technical lead of the enhancing entrepreneurial ecosystem and investment (3Ei) initiative at Swisscontact Cambodia. Her role is to lead the strategy and implementation of activities as well as liaise with donors and build and maintain relationships with project partners and other stakeholders such as investors, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem intermediaries. 

Before that, she engaged in other two projects at Swisscontact—she was the program lead of the entrepreneurship ecosystem budling initiative and the Lead RISE Technical Assistance Facility Manager for the ASEAN-focused USAID-funded Regional Investment Support for Entrepreneurs (RISE) Platform. Sokhuy has nine years of professional experience, including in SME development, trade facilitation, private sector development, and entrepreneurial ecosystem and investment.
