Sri Indiyastutik (Tuti) has been active in non-profit organizations since 1998 and joined YAPPIKA since 2003. In line with YAPPIKA's journey to become a member of ActionAid International which began in 2016, she is currently the Fundraising Director who is responsible for raising funds to support the institution's independence in carry out its mission. Together with the team she leads, thousands of individual donors, partnerships with companies and foundations, as well as high-net worth individuals have been successfully recruited to support funding for programs run by YAPPIKA-ActionAid together with its partners in Indonesia.

Her activities in non-profit organizations so far have led her to study, practice, and have expertise in developing capacity and performance assessment tools for non-profit organizations (Organizational Capacity Performance and Development Snapshot Tools/OCPAT), assessing the capacity of dozens of Indonesian non-profit organizations, grant management, facilitating organizational strategic planning process, facilitating program design, campaigns to support policy advocacy, and managing volunteers. She also has an interest in philosophy. This postgraduate alumna of the Driyarkara College of Philosophy has produced a philosophy book entitled "Dissensus, Demokrasi sebagai Perselisihan menurut Jacques Rancière."
