Senior Financing Partnership Specialist, Partner Funds Division in Asian Development Bank’s Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department  
 
Since 2018, supporting the resource mobilization initiatives of ADB’s sector and thematic groups (currently clean energy and energy transition, oceans, urban, education and health teams). In addition to supporting outreach to more traditional donors, developing new relationships with philanthropies.  
 
From 2011-2018, a project officer and regional finance specialist in ADB’s Southeast Asia Urban and Water Division. Worked on a range of sovereign projects including water and sanitation, solid waste management, and other urban improvements. Team lead for several water and sanitation and solid waste management projects in the Philippines, and relevant pilots such as fecal sludge management and sanitation planning. As a finance specialist, promoted capacity development for sustainability, enabling sub-sovereign investments and private sector engagement. 
 
Prior to joining ADB, for over 20 years, a structured finance and securitization banker with Credit Suisse and UBS, in New York, London and Hong Kong. Between investment banking and ADB, briefly worked on pilots funded by ADB: financing for small-scale water providers and retailing of solar lights through a microfinance institution (both in the Philippines); and toilet microfinance for a global housing NGO (in Cambodia).
