With 10 years in the philanthropic space, Swati is a strategic leader in building transformative, shared-value partnerships. She has led successful conceptualisation, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of partnerships across a broad range of stakeholders, including multi/bilateral agencies, private foundations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Her leadership spans high-impact areas such as humanitarian aid, climate action, child rights, gender equality, and education-to-employment pathways. As a seasoned expert in donor relations and program development, Swati designs and leads programmes that align purposeful philanthropy with strategic investments, ensuring sustainable and measurable outcomes. She holds a master’s degree in social work from the Delhi School of Social Work and brings a deep understanding of the evolving philanthropic landscape to her work. Throughout her career, Swati has played a pivotal role in shaping innovative partnerships that drive organisational growth and impact. When she is not leading change, Swati enjoys expanding her skills, reading personal development books, and spending quality time with family and friends.
