Syaz Sowinski leads product strategy and development for AVPN’s ImpactCollab Platform, bringing over a decade of global experience across fintech, e-commerce, and the public sector. Previously, Syaz was at American Express, where she advanced digital growth and led product strategy, strengthening acquisition, retention, and customer engagement across web and mobile platforms. Before that, Syaz held multiple leadership roles at Amazon, spanning product management, go-to-market strategy, and marketing. There, she launched localised features, scaled global product campaigns, and managed the successful rollout of more than a dozen devices. Earlier in her career, Syaz served as a Management & Budget Specialist in Washington State, driving strategic initiatives in financial planning and community engagement. Syaz holds a Master’s degree from the University of Strasbourg and is trained in Fullstack Software Development. A United World Colleges scholar, she bring expertise in digital innovation, cross-functional leadership, and designing solutions that bridge product and technology with lasting social impact. Outside of work, Syaz is a mom and food enthusiast who spends her free time making art, reading, and delving in photography.
