Pei Cheng heads Technology & Operations at CFS. With a strong passion for change-related work, Pei Cheng drives digital transformation across the organisation. She aims to leverage technology to improve productivity and operational efficiency, bringing in expertise on data and knowledge management to expand CFS’s service and product offerings to our donors, grantees and partners.

Pei Cheng has over 20 years of experience in financial services, focusing on technology, transformation and operations. She has worked at Accenture, Barclays Capital, Bank of Singapore and Standard Chartered Bank as part of her professional career. She also volunteers in Caring SG as a CAREChampion lead and CAREbuddy, offering support to caregivers with special needs dependents.

Pei Cheng graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with Honours. Additionally, she holds a Specialist Diploma in Pre-school Education (Teaching and Leadership) from the International Centre for Early Childhood Education.

Pei Cheng joined CFS on 2 January 2024.
