Teresa is responsible for Impact Incubator’s post-vetting incubation work. Together with other project managers, she is closely involved with the Impact incubatee community.

Before her current role, Teresa was mainly responsible for the execution of the Impact Incubator’s pre-vetting support and co-ordination of various publicity events. In her previous role, she has processed over 780 applications and recommended more than 60 projects to the HKSAR government’s Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund. Teresa has accumulated useful resources and established valuable connections with different stakeholders, such as foundations, social innovation project owners, social enterprises and NGOs. 

Teresa holds a BA (Hons) in Social Policy and Administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
