Trihadi Saptoadi is the Executive Board Chairman/CEO of Tahija Foundation, a venture philanthropy in Indonesia which currently focused its work on eliminating dengue in the country in collaboration with University of Gajah Mada and Monash University. He holds this position since 01 January 2019. Previously, Trihadi was a Global Lead/Senior Vice President responsible for leadership position for Impact and Engagement group of World Vision International. His role was to provide programme, policy, and sector leadership and coordination to drive the impact and engagement of World Vision?s work internally and externally, to facilitate engagement and collaboration with key external partners to achieve our child well-being goals and contribute to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), and to create and leverage high-quality evidence and knowledge to increase impact, policy influence, and revenue. In September 2018, as he left World Vision and returned to his home country, Trihadi Saptoadi also stepped down from his position as the Vice Chair of Executive Committee for Global Partnership ? Ending Violence Against Children since the launch of this global campaign by UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon in July 2016. Before taking global leadership role, Trihadi was National Director of World Vision Indonesia before appointed as Regional Leader/Vice President for South Asia and Pacific Region overseeing WV field operations in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Indonesia, Timor Leste, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, and Solomon Islands. Trihadi has long experiences working in advocacy, long-term development and humanitarian emergency contexts.
