About

Ng Tze-Wei is a Consultant at Vivien Teu & Co LLP, and brings with her extensive and cross-disciplinary experience in the areas of social impact and innovation, charity law, public interest law and sustainable finance.

Prior to joining the Firm, Tze-wei was a member of the startup team at Sustainable Finance Initiative (SFi), an education platform aimed at growing sustainable investing amongst private investors and family offices in Hong Kong. Prior to that she was the founding Hong Kong director and deputy director of Asia for the international NGO PILnet: The Global Network for Public Interest Law. Tze-Wei has over 10 years of experience working with NGOs in Hong Kong, mainland China, and regionally, and has been involved in supporting charities and social enterprises on legal structuring, governance and strategic matters since 2013.

Tze-Wei has joined the Firm as it strengthens a focus on ESG and sustainable finance within its investment funds and corporate practice, as well as in the Firm’s work with private clients, charities, foundations, social enterprises and impact investors, seeing these as natural and necessary extensions of its existing practice areas. 

Tze-Wei is admitted as a Solicitor of Hong Kong and of England & Wales.
