- Responsible for the volunteering initiatives and staff engagement in SEA 
and Australia
- Manage the budget for volunteering grants 
- Extract, analyze and report on staff engagement 
- Conduct thorough due diligence on our partners in APAC that we engage 
with 
- Engage with external stakeholders in further strengthening our position in 
the community 
- Engage with internal stakeholders and develop and execute volunteering 
initiatives and ideas to drive more participation
- Support regional campaign on disaster relief responses including staff 
communication, relief responses
- Create internal communications and engage tools on social media 
platform to increase the organization?s visibility externally on our various 
ongoing partnerships in APAC
