Vaishali leads the Finance team for AVPN and handles financial accounting, management accounting and reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, system and process improvements, compliance and governance for AVPN and the group entities.

Vaishali has more than 25 years of experience working in FMCG, medical devices, insurance and shared services industries. In her previous assignments, she has handled financial and management accounting, internal and external reporting, business planning, business partnering, taxation, SAP implementation among other areas of finance function. Vaishali has also supported organisations in the social sector in India and in Singapore.

Vaishali holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Poona University and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India
