As NSDC’s Impact Investment and Strategic Partnership lead, Vandana manages designing and execution of innovative financing products for various skilling and entrepreneurship initiatives of NSDC. She also led the design and is now managing the implementation of India’s first and largest Skill Impact Bond for NSDC, which was launched in Nov 2021. Vandana also manages strategic partnerships in NSDC for which she works closely with private skilling organizations, & Start-ups to onboard  and mainstream market linked & emerging skilling initiatives within NSDC ecosystem. Prior to NSDC, Vandana worked with Children Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), world’s largest private philanthropy that works for Children and Climate, Learnet Skill Limited, EY and PwC. Vandana is a Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate.
