With over two decades of global HR leadership experience across India, Europe, and the United States, she is committed to building the organisation as one which is values-driven, inclusive, and future-ready.

With extensive experience in insurance, technology, enabling services, and the social impact sectors, Vasudhara combines corporate rigor with social sector empathy to design innovative talent strategies that align people, purpose, and performance. She blends empathetic leadership with a sharp focus on outcomes, translating strategic vision into tangible operational results while maintaining cultural nuances and human connection.

She holds a Master’s in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Law. As a Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, she champions a coaching mindset that empowers individuals and teams to realise their full potential.
