Vaibhav Chowdhary leads the operations and strategy for EPIC India. Prior to this, Vaibhav was the "National Energy Adviser" to the Government of United Kingdom (UK) in India. He is an executive management professional from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago along with an MBA in Power Management from National Power Training Institute (NPTI), GoI. Vaibhav holds a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering along with a post graduate diploma on ?Energy Economics and Planning? from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and a diploma on ?Energy and Sustainability? from Open University (OU), London, UK.

Vaibhav is a Certified Energy Auditor of the Government of India and conducted various energy audits for government and industries. Prior to working with the government of UK / DFID, Vaibhav worked as a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy team. Vaibhav has published papers in international journals like ITRI and authored various energy audit reports in India.
