Vic Malik is the Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Advisory for Standard Chartered Private Bank. Vic and his global team of IAs are responsible for delivering investment portfolio solutions and capital markets advice to Private Banking clients.

Prior to Standard Chartered, Vic was the Head of Investment Advisory for Asia Pacific, MENA and Global NRI at Barclays Wealth and managed teams based in Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. 

Vic has over 20 years of investment advisory, product development and delivery and capital markets sales and trading experience. 

A Canadian citizen, Vic has lived and worked in the wealth management industry in North America, the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia. He has a law degree from the UK and a Masters in International Business.
