Wendy leads the team responsible for financial reporting, business partnering, funds management as well as operational risk management. She aims to balance mission-driven passion with business-minded precision to support CFS’s Mission, Vision and Values in response to the dynamic philanthropy environment.

Wendy has over two decades of experiences in financial reporting, business partnering, consulting, external audit and corporate secretarial function including stints at ComfortDelGro, K1 Ventures and Deloitte Singapore. She was the Senior Vice President of Group Finance in ComfortDelGro before being engaged as a consultant to CFS’s Finance team. The consultancy role in CFS ignited her interest in taking up a full-time leadership role and contributing even more to the philanthropic community.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Accounting & Finance (Hons) from the University of Glamorgan (UK). She is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Wendy joined CFS on 2 April 2025.
