About

Since joining the HKCSS in 2010, Winnie has been advising donors on giving strategies, including conducting research on community needs, performing due diligence, project monitoring and evaluation on behalf of donors. Winnie is closely engaged with a wide range of donors, including corporations, private foundations, and even individuals, whose charitable ambitions tackle a diverse set of social issues in Hong Kong and Mainland. Winnie developed and was in charge of different giving programmes, included the “Project Ambition”, “T-Lodge Youth Co-living Program” and “Covid-19 Emergency Response” funded by Luen Fung Group,“Link Together Initiative” funded by the Link, “Future Starts - Upward Mobility Scholarship” by Commission of Poverty, "Love Ideas Love HK" and "The March of Social Engineers" by Li Ka Shing Foundation, Ng Teng Fong Scholarship funded by Sino, etc. She also helped manage grant projects funded by private foundations and individuals. In 2018, Winnie fostered a project with AR Charitable Foundation, film director and distributor to produce a local film “Distinction”《非同凡響》, the film has inspired audience and stimulated in-depth discussion in the society on SEN children, the film passed the HKD6 million mark at the Hong Kong box office. Winnie graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Social Policy and Administration.
