Xinyun believes that capital and awareness can aid organisations extend the breadth and depth of their activities, magnifying their impact. In her spare time, she volunteers with Beautiful People, providing mentoring to at-risk youths.

As part of the Social Finance team at the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE), Xinyun provides high-impact enterprises with equity and debt capital, so as to allow them to efficiently scale and promote development and economic growth.

Xinyun holds a BBA from the National University of Singapore, with majors in Finance and Economics.
