For past decade, I've built up a rich experience of working closely with start-ups, venture capitalists, mentors and incubators, managing some 500 portfolio start-ups. Seized opportunities to collaborate with various stakeholders to contribute to the building of a vibrant start-up environment in Singapore. Instrumental in seeding co-innovation projects and implementation of various grant and capacity-building programmes to nurture start-ups in Singapore and the region. 

Gets my high from helping "willing and able" entrepreneurs bring their ideas to reality and move to creating their destiny. 

Ain't a mountaineer but have already scaled the highest peaks in Taiwan, Malaysia, and of course, Singapore.
