Lingge joined CBAC in June 2018 as the Deputy Director training NGO talents and providing assessment of non-profit projects for foundations and NGOs.

Prior to that, she worked for an environmental international NGO for 15 years as a training manager and project manager. She has assessed the child autism program of the China Children and Teenagers Foundation. Projects she has managed include Low-Carbon City and Low-Carbon Community, Cool China: National Low-Carbon Action Campaign, Green Expo and Green Commuting, among others. She has spoken at various international conferences including the UN Climate Change Conference COP22 in Marrakech in 2016 and published more than a dozen articles at newspapers and academic journals. She holds a Master?s of Management from School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University.
