Esther Wang


Esther Wang joined AVPN as a Manager in the Digital Transformation team. She admires AVPN’s ecosystem approach to achieve social impact and is excited by the team’s capacity building work for the social and charity sector in the region.

In her personal capacity, she is the founder of Joytingle, a healthcare education company which designs and produces an educational device called “Rabbit Ray” that explains medical procedures. Her product was adopted into the UK’s NHS pediatric toolkit and purchased by over 45 hospitals across 17 countries. Before covid19, she volunteered as a weekend teacher to 70 kids for 5 years. After the pandemic began, she volunteered with Singapore’s Covid19 vaccination programme as a product operations lead (voluntary) for the National Appointment System. She graduated from the Nanyang Technology University (Singapore) and is a patent holder for her invention ‘Rabbit Ray’ with the US Intellectual Property Office. Esther is a Forbes 30 under 30 honouree (2018) in the ‘Healthcare and Technology’ category, ASEAN Youth Fellow (2019), and listed on Tatler’s Generation T (2019).
