The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing current customer accounts and ensuring that a high level of service is provided to those accounts. This Customer Success Manager is expected to maintain and grow sales through existing customer accounts.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with 45RICE’s customers
- Engage, educate and support customers on 45RICE’s products and services
- Primary point of contact for customers on all customer feedback
- Gathers feedback from customers on existing products and services and recommend to the product team on the feedbacks
- Required to travel to customers on notice to resolve key issues
