Impact Measurement and Management - Internship

AVPN’s mission is to catalyse the movement toward a more strategic, collaborative, and outcome-focused approach to social investing, ensuring that resources are deployed as effectively as possible to address key social challenges facing Asia today and in the future.

Under the Knowledge and Insights team, this role will support AVPN's own measurement and evaluation as well as measurement and evaluation for other projects that we are delivering. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Impact Measurement and Management.

Support with focus group sessions, key informant interviews, and other qualitative data collection
Support quantitative data collection such as survey administration
Assist with grantee progress check-in and generating required reports
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data, with an aim to triangulate findings for mixed-methods projects
Support the dissemination of evaluation findings and provide periodic progress reports

Strong interest in impact measurement, social investment, and philanthropy.
Experience supporting evaluation and/or research projects, preferably mixed methods projects
Familiarity with qualitative data software (e.g., NVivo, ATLAS.ti, Dedoose, Otter.ai)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, preferably to include advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Superior organization skills and attention to detail (e.g., data cleaning)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
