About the Role


We are seeking a motivated intern to join AVPN’s ImpactCollab team, supporting the development of the disaster response sector and broader impact ecosystem. The role offers exposure to stakeholder engagement, platform development, and communications, contributing to AVPN’s mission of mobilising capital towards impact.

Responsibilities

1. Marketing and Communications (MarComms)


    

  • Draft and design monthly ImpactCollab updates for private banks and partners.
    • 

  • Explore other creative communication channels (e.g. insight articles, podcasts, AVPN social media) to promote platform registration, usage, and engagement.
    • 

  • Support ongoing campaigns and visibility efforts for ImpactCollab.
    2. Event and Campaign Support
    • 

  • Assist in planning and executing ImpactCollab engagement events and outreach campaigns for private banks
    • 

  • Coordinate event logistics, stakeholder invitations, and follow-up communications.
    • 

  • Manage documentation and tracking of participant engagement and feedback.
    3. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
    • 

  • Support meetings and relationship-building with private bankers and their clients
    • 

  • Develop and maintain materials and decks for engagement conversations
    • 

  • Record and maintain documentation of meetings, client profiles, and partnership progress
    •

Requirements

    

  • Interest in the philanthropy/social investment sector.
    • 

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    •
