Job Description

The Senior Associate, Markets will play a key role in supporting membership operations and reporting related to members across South Asia. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can ensure seamless membership processes, maintain data integrity, and support effective stakeholder engagement.


The Senior Associate will also contribute to event management and broader market development efforts, and should be open to travel. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-oriented, collaborative environment and demonstrates strong capabilities in data management, process optimisation, and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Markets team in member engagement and respond to membership enquiries
  • Research prospective organisations and prepare briefing notes for member outreach
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across membership platforms and reports
  • Build and manage engagement tracking databases
  • Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Extract and analyse key data to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate insights to inform strategic decision-making for the Markets team
  • Support planning and execution of events (travel may be required)
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–8 years of experience in operations, data management, reporting, or membership management (experience in a network or membership-based organisation preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in the social investment ecosystem in Asia
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate internally and represent AVPN externally
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Preferred cities: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai
