Internship

Timeframe:
6-month minimum commitment part or full time.
Requirements

Currently enrolled in the Master in Public Administration or International Development (MPA/ID) programme.


Preferred; 2+ years of prior work experience in the development sector or in project, financial consulting, or management roles.


Ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a passion for driving social change and tackling challenges in the social sector ecosystem


Ability to conduct research, gather data and structure quantitative and qualitative analysis


Demonstrate competency in time management and prioritising within multiple projects


Ability to effectively communicate and translate their ideas across different internal and external stakeholders


Willingness to work in an environment with minimal supervision and seeking continuous growth in themselves and the impact that we are creating through our work


Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office with strong written and verbal English and presentation skills. 


Some work or educational experience, preferably in social investment /entrepreneurship/ finance/ sustainability.


Willingness and ability to work in an environment with colleagues across time zones and seek continuous growth in themselves and the impact that AVPN is creating through its work.


Candidate must be in a conducive time zone (India/Europe) as their manager
