Problem

In 2014, Myanmar had the start of their telecommunications revolution which raised their mobile penetration to over 90 percent and increased the number of internet users from as little as 2 million users to over 39 million users. Previously, a SIM card in Myanmar could cost as much as $1,500 USD. Since then, foreign operators have come into the market and data-enabled SIM cards now cost only about $1.50 USD, which is much more affordable. As a side effect of rapid revolution, communities are not using the internet to its fullest benefits!

Solution

Participant will learn to understand humanity, cultural, and social issues related to technology and practice legal and ethical behavior
