Market of Implementation

  • Vietnam

In Vietnam, many disadvantaged youths lack confidence and lack the skill preparation to help them perform well in higher education and in a professional working environment. High percentages of these youth choose to drop out of school before graduating- ending up in low paying jobs.

It is evident that there is a pressing need to help these youths transition out from orphanages or shelters into the next phase of their young adult lives. At Kidspire Vietnam, they aim to empower them to prepare for their future and pursue their aspirational careers.

At Kidspire Vietnam, we aim to address the issue of disadvantaged youths in Orphanages or shelters in Vietnam in the following ways:
  • S.T.E.A.M. Programme- combining Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math to guide student inquiry, discussion, and problem-solving.
  • Essential Skills Training- To allow youths to perform well academically and in professional working environments, we help to develop their linguistic skills, relevant soft skills and habits to better understand themselves in order to be well equipped for their job
  • Strong support- To allow youths to share and overcome stories with the next generation to inspire them, as well as connecting and matching employment opportunities
