ELIV was founded in 2010 by Kevin Chen(Taiwan) and Helene Chow(HongKong). ELIV is the earliest Social Enterprise in Taiwan with healthy financial status and significant social impact. ELIV has established more than 10 different service projects in SEA area based on local needs, combining with volunteer empowering course design, ELIV ‘s program successfully create a movement that motivate young generation power both in Taiwan and in service communities.
