REACH works to overcome high youth unemployment rates in Vietnam by providing training to young disadvantaged people. REACH provides tailored training for these youth, targeting the most marginalised young people affected by poverty, disabilities, LGBT, human trafficking or HIV/AIDS. The core of the organization is a market-driven training program with 10 different courses over 6 provinces in the areas of Hospitality, IT, hairdressing & spa. The organisation, established in 2008, has successfully supported 16,000 young people who were trained and have found stable jobs. In addition, REACH operates four hybrid training social enterprises offering on the job training for students. These are Koi Bento, Em Hair Salon, Tre Restaurant and Revina which aim to offer financial sustainability into the future.
