We strive to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged people, contribute to healthy ecosystems, and build resilient, inclusive and prosperous communities.

Approach

We deploy philanthropic growth capital primarily using grant-based approaches to organizations with effec-tive, innovative and scalable solutions to social and environmental challenges – implementing solutions that contribute directly to the achievement of the SDGs. We aim to scale both market- and non-market-based solutions, that provide access to essential goods and services, improving the quality of life of disadvantaged people. We also provide non-financial support through transfer of know-how and management skills, and access to our local and global networks. We seek to deploy 100% of our capital to achieve positive and measurable impact.

LGT Impact Fellowship

The LGT Impact Fellowship connects our portfolio with business professionals providing know-how and strategic guidance. Our Fellows are seasoned professionals with significant experience, who work inside one of our portfolio organizations or teams for one year on the ground, with the objective to strengthen the organizational capacity of our portfolio with their business skills and know-how.
