Unnati: Skill Development and Employability for Youth

At Sree Guruvayurappan Bhajan Samaj Trust, we are on a journey to train 1 million youth and get them employed. In this process of helping a generation go above the poverty line, we are effectively addressing the issue of youth employability through the following ways:



UNNATI

 	
It is a tagline for our vocational training and social transformation program for the underprivileged youth in the age group of 18–25 years, who are less educated and unemployed. The program consists of 300 hours of training, covering areas such as spoken English language skills, life skills, values, basic computer knowledge, and vocational training based on the educational qualification of the youth. We provide guaranteed job placement to all the students in various corporations with social security, and maintain a 100% placement record.

UNXT 

 	
Unxt can be inferred as telling the youth, you are the next person to be transformed. Through this program, we provide training to Final Year Students in the Government Colleges, during college hours, followed by placement assistance. The program runs over 120+ Government colleges today.
