AVPN Deal Share bridges the gap between demand and supply, helping funders to identify suitable pipeline across markets and causes as well as supporting Social Purpose Organisations (SPOs) to scale, develop sustainably or be investment ready to unlock both philanthropic capital and impact investment. Deal Share also works with resource providers to deploy intellectual and human capital in a more targeted manner.

Ensure financial, human and intellectual capital are channelled towards building scalable and impactful SPOs
Learn about the SPO landscape & cause-specific pipelines
Connect with fellow funders, resource providers and curated SPOs to break down barriers and create collective impact
Provide different types of financing, namely grant, debt, convertible loan and equity.
Exist in the form of for-profit social enterprises (SEs), not for-profit (NPOs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), charities and inclusive businesses whose mandate are to deliver social and/or environmental impact. SPOs are not AVPN members but part of the Deal Share pipeline.
Provide capacity building for the SPOs to help them scale, develop sustainably or be investment ready.
Must be an AVPN member who has supported a SPO, whether through financial or non-financial means, and agrees that the SPO should be listed on the Deal Share Platform in order to seek follow-on capital from fellow members.
Collaborators to develop causes and themes through various projects.
Provide human and intellectual capital, to equip SPOs in capacity building to acheive scale and/or investment readiness. The expertise can be delivered as mentorship, in-field support or consultancy.
