India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) is an initiative by Central Square Foundation (CSF), in partnership with the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM), to bridge the senior leadership talent gap in the social sector.
India Leaders for Social Sector is a unique offering that aims to equip and inspire senior leaders of India to take up the mantle of transforming the country, with the skills and strategic expertise they have developed over years of experience. ILSS is offering a series of 9-day Leadership Programs, that will inspire and enable senior leaders of industry in transitioning meaningfully to the social sector. The programs will apprise them of different areas within the sector, the possibilities and obstacles in each, and connect them with like-minded individuals and NGO networks to help them find the right fit in the social sector.
