Samhita has tied up with SP Jain Institute of Management Research (SPJIMR) to create Impact+, a holistic training course for professionals from the social sector to build programmatic and funding excellence within their organizations. Impact+ provides the perfect opportunity for companies to amplify their impact within a particular cause area by helping their portfolio organizations build internal capacity.
Companies and foundations can strengthen the ecosystem, by supporting NGOs grow their existing programs through more efficient systems and processes, and expand their competencies to raise relevant funding. Companies are thus able to strengthen the development eco-system.
During the course, development professionals are provided 11 days of in-person training spread over 9 months, along with e-learning support from SPJIMR so that learning is applied and built throughout the program. Participants are also given various networking and fundraising opportunities through daily grant opportunities and innovative formats like ‘Funders’ Pitch.’
